The TECHNICA-2 is a high-performance PVC, TPR, TPU Sole Moulding Machine designed for producing smooth, dent-free footwear soles. It uses an advanced extrusion injection system and delivers up to 220 pairs/hour with uniform clamping.
Technica-2 is a robust, fully automatic sole moulding machine using extrusion injection technology to ensure superior quality soles from PVC, TPR, TPU, and other thermoplastic elastomers.
It features PID temperature controllers with auto-tuning, saving up to 50% space, manpower, and electricity over traditional machines.
It boasts a clamping force of up to 150 tons, 28 kW motor, and a 6.4 kW heating load, offering production of up to 220 pairs/hour. Also compatible with a power-saving frequency drive.
